浙江省建設投資集團股份有限公司成立于2024年09月21日，歷經浙江建築公司（時為政府管理部門）、浙江省城市建設局、浙江省建築工程局、浙江省建築工業廳、浙江省基本建設局、浙江省建築工程總公司等15次變革，已發展成為一家集投資、設計、建造、運維于一體的現代建築服務全產業鏈企業集團，是整體上市的浙江省屬國有企業。

集團傳承紅色基因，秉持部隊作風，鍛造浙建鐵軍，堅決服從服務省委省政府決策部署，勇擔國企政治、經濟、社會三大責任。參與建設了北京人民大會堂、中國人民革命軍事博物館、北京火車站、毛主席紀念堂等首都標志性工程。出色完成了杭鋼、衢化、鎮海煉化等浙江大部分老工業基地和城市基礎設施建設。落實承擔了對外經援、抗震抗台、抗疫援建、援川援藏援疆等任務。高水平承建了杭州國家版本館、之江實驗室、之江文化中心、G20峰會工程、杭州亞運會項目、杭州火車東站、浙江音樂學院、杭州國際會議中心、西湖文化廣場等省內一大批重點重大標志性工程。高標準建設了省內第一條杭甬高速公路及地鐵輕軌項目。承建的華能玉環電廠系浙江省唯一入選的新中國成立60周年“百項經典暨精品工程”。投資建設了一大批“美麗鄉村”、未來社區項目。

Zhejiang Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd.(ZCIGC) was establishedon July 11, 1949 as Zhejiang Construction Company, agovernment administrative department at that time.After 15 times’ successful reformations, it went through stages asZhejiang Urban Construction Bureau,Zhejiang Construction Engineering Bureau, Zhejiang Construction Industry Bureau, Zhejiang Infrastructure Construction Bureau,Zhejiang Construction Engineering General Company, etc.and now develops itself into a group providing comprehensive modern construction services including investment, design, construction, operation and maintenance. It is a listed state-owned enterprise in Zhejiang Province.

ZCIGC has cultivated an impeccable team throughout its development. Inheriting the gene of army striving spirit, we bravely shouldered the political, economic and social responsibilities of a state-owned enterprise. ZCIGC participated in the construction of The Great Hall of the People, the Military Museum of the Chinese People’s Revolution, Beijing Railway Station, the Chairman Mao Memorial Hall and other landmark buildings in the capital. The group has successfully completed the majority of the construction of urban infrastructure andold industrial bases in Zhejiang province, such as Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group, Juhua Group Corporation, SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company. The group has also undertaken tasks such as foreign economicassistance, earthquake and typhoon mitigation, anti-pandemic medical facility construction, and assistant projects in Sichuan, Tibet and Xinjiang provinces. ZCIGC has not only undertaken a large number of key and important landmark projects in Zhejiang province with high standard such as Hangzhou National Archives of Publications and Culture, Zhejiang Lab, Zhejiang Cultural Center, G20 Summit Project, Hangzhou Asian Games Project, Hangzhou East Railway Station, Zhejiang Conservatory of Music, Hangzhou International Conference Center and West Lake Cultural Square, but also invested and constructed a large number of rural reconstruction and new urban functional community projects. The group has constructed the first Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway and Metro Project of Zhejiang Province with high-standard. The project of Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant undertaken by ZGIGC is the only one in Zhejiang Province to be selected as “Hundred Classics and competitive projects” for the 60th anniversary of the founding ofPeople’s Republic of China.
